This policy covers korointeractive.com, operated by
Koro Interactive Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). It describes what we collect,
why, and the choices you have. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act
(PDPA).
What we collect
Contact form. Name, email, company (optional), and your message —
used to reply to you and kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Live character demo. Messages you type in the demo are sent to our
servers and to the AI providers that generate the reply and the voice. The demo has no
accounts and no long-term chat storage; short-lived operational logs exist for abuse
protection. Don't include personal or sensitive details in demo conversations.
Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP address, user agent,
request path) for security and abuse prevention, retained briefly.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers and no tracking cookies on this site.
No selling or renting of personal data.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to run the site and the demo — hosting and content
delivery (Cloudflare) and AI inference providers that process demo messages to produce
responses and speech. They process data only to provide these services.
Retention
Contact correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and our
business records. Demo and security logs are short-lived.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or
withdraw consent. Write to
